Owen Duffy has been fascinated with Standel amps since he first heard Chet Atkins as a teenager, and music of the Nashville Sound era. He’s worked in the music instrument aftermarket over 20 years as owner of O.C. Duff Pickups, and has been studying and collecting Standel amps as long.
As the new owner of Standel, he’s proud to honor its legacy with each amplifier he creates, following in the footsteps of both Danny McKinney and Bob Crooks, and making a new path for Standel today.
